Sofia hosts this weeks challenge – Lens-Artists Challenge #411 – What is it? To quote Sofia – The only thing you need to do is find photos that will leave us puzzled, baffled, curious and asking out loud “What is it”? We’ll need to look again, maybe use our imagination… possibly even give up and just enjoy the image we have in front of us. How can we do it?
I used to do a lot more of this style of photography and I’ve had to go a long way back into my archives to find these examples for the challenge. I’ve made a note to myself to make sure I pick up doing this more. So, here are a few of my ‘Whats This?’ images..

The benches and the fire engine were the ones I got. The first one looks like a rain shot, but I’m not sure.

Steve, these views are priceless! I thought the metal waterwall was looking through frosted glass. The wedding bouquet had a great story, too. The whole gallery is very creative and well done.
